TERM-seal™ Sealant Active is especially for use in joints and cracks of all types. Designed to cope with the rigours of construction and joint movement TERM-seal™ Sealant Active is waterproof. Used by itself for construction joints & saw cuts, it also compliments other TERM-seal™ products as a bonding agent for concrete, timber, and masonry, sealing penetration collars to pipes, repairs, and joints.
