Biflex AquaMax is registered for the control of all Australian subterranean termite species. It is ideal for long term pre and post construction treatments as well as for nest eradication and the protection of poles and fence posts. It is also registered for the control of a wide range of general household pests and is the only bifenthrin water-based formulation registered for the control of the paralysis tick.
Mosquito Barrier Treatments with Biflex AquaMax
When used as a part of a comprehensive plan of attack, Biflex AquaMax is the ideal choice for mosquito management around homes, schools and commercial buildings.
During mosquito season, create a barrier with treatments of Biflex AquaMax at label rate applied with tank sprayer, backpack sprayer or blower/mister (with a droplet diameter greater than 50 um).
Mosquitoes rest on vegetation during the day, especially the underside of leaves. Using Biflex Aquamax through A motorised mist blower such as the Vectorfog BM100 is ideal option to provide an effective barrier treatment. The constant airflow of the blower helps to move vegetation around to ensure maximum penetration of the insecticide onto the entire foliage.
Treat the limbs and both sides of leaf surfaces of shaded trees, flower beds, shrubs and tall grass.
In non-vegetation areas such as the eaves, walls and shaded areas around buildings, under decks and patios use a handheld B&G style pneumatic sprayer or Jetpack back pack sprayer. These should be fitted with an appropriate nozzle to apply a residual surface barrier.
