Driven by our commitment to being the premier choice for supplies in the Professional Pest Control industry, our Lidcombe branch has seen a few changes over the past couple of months – largely due to business growth.
Michael Harband and John Rutledge continue to serve as the enduring foundation of the branch, offering an enormous amount of experience and technical know-how to our customers.
Also in customer support, Linda Hancock has very recently retired and moved to be with her family in Queensland. Fatima Chami is set to return soon from maternity leave, and Kevin Coomber joined the sales team about six months ago with training in IT and family background in Pest Control.
The warehouse has seen the biggest changes with the addition of the hugely experienced Mark Yewdall at the start of the year. Mark has been managing warehouse operations in related industries for many years so brings a wealth of experience to enhance our service. He has been joined very recently by Martin Stephens, who also brings substantial experience in warehousing and delivery. Mark & Martin’s job is to elevate our service level with faster and more accurate supply – “Stock when and where you need it”.
