Josh Pedersen Customer Service

My name is Josh Pedersen and I am the new Customer Service for the Newcastle Branch of Agserv. I am an active person and as such my hobbies tend to revolve around fitness including going to the gym, tennis and boxing over the course of 6-7 days a week. I also enjoy going out with friends on random adventures and computer gaming.

After working within the trade industry in the tooling and hardware sales sector, I have found the customer base of the Pest Control Industry to be of the same friendly demographic in comparison to previous other trade customers that I have dealt with.  This has made my transition into the pest control supply industry a lot smoother.  I have found the majority of customers here in Newcastle to be an easygoing and laid back bunch to get along with thus making the day go faster and be more enjoyable.  

The other good part of my experience is that there is always something new to learn. Whether it be the different and new types of chemicals and their primary uses or be it the different and sometimes unusual techniques both customers and Richard have advised as to how chemicals are applied (with nearly every customer having a different knack of doing things), I am constantly in a position to increase my knowledge on a daily basis.
